November 2014

We've had a fun  month! There have been some really nice days, so we like to go outside when we can! Kallie especially loved the day that she got to "help" mom rake all of the leaves in the back yard:

Here are some November notables for our Kallie:

• Went up to Gavin and told him: "Need a hug"
• Asks for/to watch "bugs" (A Bugs Life) after naps
• Kallie was talking to herself when she woke up. Kept talking about dad, and she said (clear as day) "I miss you Dad"
• Growls "time out" when she is screaming and about to get in trouble
• Picked up a ukulele and asked Mike to "turn on the violin"
• Walked around saying "anks Pappy an DeeDee" for a couple of hours after they gave her "Frozen" boots
• Tells Jenna "bless you" when she sneezes
• Is in a polite streak. Is often heard saying "Thank you", "Sorry", "Excuse me", and "You're Welcome"
• Her new answers to yes/no questions are: "Uh-Huh, yes" or "No, Okay"
• Had a blast when Dad came and played barbies in the playhouse with her



And for Jenna:


• Smiles at dad daily
• A perfect angel at 2 BYU basketball games, and while house hunting.
• Had her checkup on the 24th: got shots, poor thing had a rough day after getting them

• Jenna now weighs 12 lbs 7 oz (85%) and is 23 inches tall (75%)

We always have to have some good BYU pictures in the fall! We were lucky enough to go to a couple of BYU basketball games (thanks Pappy!). We took Jenna with us, and she did wonderful! She is just a little angel!

Just a few more fun pictures I couldn't exclude! Kallie's personality is coming out more and more these days! She loved helping me wrap a bunch of Christmas presents, can't get enough of her little sister, and loves wearing different accessories! She loves when her daddy comes home too--and fell asleep on his chest one day. We love living with Pappy and DeeDee, and love that we get to see our family members so often!

We had a fun, but short, trip to Vegas to see Chris, Rachel, Jake, Brookie, and Dallin! We had fun playing, going to the park and seeing the geese, watched a BYU game, and just enjoyed spending time together! It has been too long since we had seen them! 

We also make a quick trip up to Wyoming. Kallie absolutely adores the Henderson girls, and always has a wonderful time playing with them! We were able to go with them to hunt for a Christmas tree! I kept Jenna all snuggled up with me, and Kallie rode in a sled with Shae. They had a great time playing in the snow together. It is so much fun being only 2 hours away from this wonderful family--we love being able to go and visit them.
